Larry Allen of Indian Wells and Fern Valley is owner-broker of
Desert Mountain Investments, Inc. As a licensed building and remodeling
contractor, he has a qualified background to provide the expertise for both
the construction and real estate aspects of a transaction. A graduate of
Pepperdine University with an earlier career as vice-president in
international consulting, Larry has traveled extensively and enjoys
participating in the international marketplace. He represents primarily
buyers, but also sellers, of high-end resort properties and estates in the
exclusive desert areas of Southern California and in the lovely Alpine area of
Idyllwild, above the desert floor. He is a member of FIABCI, NAR, IAOR and the
Desert Association of Realtors. He lives and works in both the desert and
mountains with his wife, Virginia, who is a family law attorney, daughter
